Enterprise

One voice agent, every location.

For organisations with many sites, teams or queues. Hoy answers every call in your brand, books or routes it to the right place and writes it into your systems. Piloted on one site, then rolled out.

Who it's for

Built for organisations that run on the phone.

If calls reach you across many branches or queues, Hoy can take the first line.

  • Clinic, dental and salon groups
  • Franchise networks
  • Property and lettings groups
  • Home services companies with regional teams
  • Internal IT and facilities service desks
  • Teams that need overflow and out-of-hours cover

Use cases

Where it earns its place

Overflow and out-of-hours

Picks up when lines are busy or closed, handles what it can and hands the rest to your team with a summary.

Booking across locations

Works out which branch the caller needs and books into that branch's calendar or booking platform.

Service-desk intake

Identifies the caller, opens a ticket in your PSA or CRM and escalates urgent issues by your rules.

How we deploy

Start small, then roll out.

  1. Scoping

    Weeks 1–2

We map your call flows, systems, locations and data requirements, and agree what success looks like.

  2. Pilot

    About 30 days

One site or one queue goes live on real calls. We review the calls with you every week.

  3. Rollout

    Location by location

Each new location reuses what the pilot learned, with its own number, knowledge and local admin access.

  4. Run and improve

    Ongoing

Regular call analysis with suggested improvements. Adding a location is configuration, not a project.

The details

What your IT, security and procurement teams will ask

Integration
Bookings, tickets and leads are written into the systems you already run: calendars, CRMs such as HubSpot and Pipedrive, PSA tools such as Autotask and SuperOps, and the major booking platforms. Anything else is scoped as a custom integration.
Locations and access
Each location gets its own agent, number and knowledge under one account. Location managers get their own admin access; your central team sees everything.
Telephony
Forward your existing numbers or use new local numbers. Either way, numbers stay portable.
Data protection
We act as your processor under an Article 28 data processing agreement. Core data is hosted in the UK and EEA. Named sub-processors for voice, language models and telephony may process data in the US under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Recording and transcript retention is configurable, and callers are told they're speaking to an automated agent.
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, multi-factor authentication for our staff, regular penetration testing and automatic failover between language-model providers.
Commercials
An annual agreement with volume pricing, a dedicated onboarding project and a named contact on our side.

FAQ

Questions enterprise teams ask

Can we keep our existing phone numbers?

Yes. Most organisations forward their existing numbers to the agent, so nothing changes for callers. If you prefer new local numbers we provide them, and they stay portable.

Can callers still reach a person?

Yes. You decide when calls transfer to your team: by topic, urgency, location, time of day or simply because the caller asks.

What availability and support do you commit to?

The platform targets 99.9% availability, backed by service credits. Support hours, response times and escalation routes are agreed during scoping and written into your agreement.

Do you support single sign-on?

Admin access today uses individual accounts with role-based permissions per location. If single sign-on is a requirement, raise it during scoping and we'll tell you plainly what's possible and when.

Where is our data processed?

Core data is hosted in the UK and EEA. Our voice, language-model and telephony sub-processors may process call data in the US under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We share the full sub-processor list during scoping.

Which languages does the agent speak?

The agent detects the caller's language and can answer in it. We confirm the languages and voices for each of your sites during scoping.

Start with one site.

A 30-minute scoping call is enough to tell whether Hoy fits, and what a pilot would look like.
